Thimelo is currently in beta. The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to build.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

- Posting or transmitting content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account.

Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Thimelo — your people, events, wishlists, and reminders. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add — including information about other people — is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in behaviour that harms other users or the service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
Thimelo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
